officer. The abilities measured are spatial orientation, problem
sensitivity, semantic ordering, flexibility of closure, verbal
comprehension, visualization, memorization, and inductive reasoning. |
As a hurdle to continue
with the selection process or as a guide in determining the best
candidates. |
