JEFFREY RAIN, PH.D., Senior Consultant, has been with our firm since 1989. Dr. Rain’s primary focus is in the areas of validation, fairness, and evaluation of employment decision processes. He has developed and validated numerous types of assessment tools (e.g., tests, exercises, interviews, simulations) designed to demonstrate individuals’ aptitude, achievement, or mastery of diverse skills and knowledge. He has conducted large sample norming studies for Morris & McDaniel assessments that are used throughout the U.S. and internationally. He also provides litigation support, including consultations for statistical analysis, expert witness preparation, and testimony. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with Minors in Applied Statistics and Clinical Psychology.
